FAQ’s
Music Therapy is an evidence-based allied health practice that uses musical activities such as playing instruments, singing, songwriting, and listening to support emotional well-being, improve communication skills, and enhance personal growth. Our Registered Music Therapist (RMT) tailors each session to your personal OR NDIS goals, whether that’s stress relief, confidence building, capacity building or social connection.
